Soarin' Across America Is Coming, and the Views Look Incredible

To celebrate the United States' 250th anniversary, Disney is launching Soarin' Across America, an all-new adventure that sweeps guests over the breathtaking landscapes, coastlines, and cityscapes that make this country so unforgettable.

The experience takes flight May 26, 2026, at Walt Disney World Resort, followed by July 2, 2026, at Disneyland Resort.

A Coast-to-Coast Journey Like No Other

From the rugged shores of New England and the radiant glow of New York Harbor to the vast, humbling expanse of Grand Canyon West, Soarin' Across America is a portrait of the nation in motion.

The journey spans seasons and regions, gliding over autumn colors in the heartland, shimmering bayous, sweeping great plains, northern wilderness, and sun-drenched island shores.

"Each scene helps to create a portrait of what we believe makes America so special," said Tom Fitzgerald, Creative Director and Chief Storytelling Executive at Walt Disney Imagineering. "It's a tapestry of urban wonders, natural beauty, and iconic locations that celebrate the spirit of the nation and the 250th anniversary of the United States."

Sound, Wind, and a Brand-New Score

A fresh musical arrangement by Bruce Broughton, built on the beloved Jerry Goldsmith Soarin' themes, carries the adventure forward. Combined with ride programming, wind effects, and carefully crafted immersive details, the total experience is something worth flying for.

Test Knowledge in the Queue at EPCOT

Waiting has never been this fun. While at Walt Disney World, guests can take on the Soarin' Challenge Across America, a trivia experience created in collaboration with National Geographic.

The challenge invites guests to discover which state is "Most Likely to Reach for the Stars," "Most Likely to Lend an Ear," and "Most Likely to Strike Gold." Drawing on fun facts from beloved National Geographic titles like 50 States, 5,000 Ideas and photos from the National Geographic archives, the EPCOT queue transforms into a full-on celebration of American curiosity and wonder.
