Cool Kids' Summer Just Got a Whole Lot Cooler

Disney Springs is pulling out all the stops this summer, and the lineup is seriously impressive. New gaming venues, savory concepts, beloved shoe brands, and sweet seasonal treats are all making their debut -- making every visit feel like there's something fresh to discover. Here's a rundown of everything new coming to Disney Springs this summer.

Level99 Is Opening at Disney Springs -- and It's a Big Deal

If the idea of 60+ life-sized mini-games and real-world challenges sounds like a dream come true, mark June 29 on the calendar. Level99 is officially opening at Disney Springs West Side, right next to the Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil theater and across from House of Blues Restaurant & Bar.

This sprawling playground for adults and teens features 63 Challenge Rooms and Player-vs-Player Duels designed to test both the body and the mind. Dodge axes, crack mind-bending puzzles, and outsmart cleverly designed obstacles -- all surrounded by more than 40 original works of art. This will be Level99's fourth and largest location to date, and tickets are available starting June 22.

When it's time to recharge, head to Level99's two-story bar for handcrafted cocktails, award-winning Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, craveable from-scratch snacks, and rotating beers on tap.

Meet Six Ravens -- A Medieval-Inspired Savory Concept

Gideon's Bakehouse fans, get ready to fall in love all over again. The beloved local bakery is launching Six Ravens, a grab-and-go concept at Disney Springs at The Landing, and it's bringing something truly unique to the table -- or rather, the hand.

The star of the show is the Coffyn, a house-made yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings inspired by Medieval European pastry traditions. Historically, "coffyns" were designed to preserve hearty meals for long pilgrimages -- and at Disney Springs, they make the perfect on-the-go bite. Pair them with smashed potatoes and dips like sweet heat or homemade honey mustard for a full experience. Six Ravens will also pour local beers crafted in partnership with popular Orlando spots like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.

New Shops, Sweet Treats, and a Few Big Honors

Shopping fans have plenty to look forward to, too. Vans is opening at Disney Springs this month, stocking classic footwear, comfy sneakers, skate shoes, and apparel. The Oakley store has also returned with a refreshed look -- stop in for performance eyewear, apparel, and accessories built for sunny days.

On the sweeter side, Morimoto Asia is rolling out Kakigori Kool, a new outdoor cart serving Japan's beloved shaved ice dessert topped with fruity syrups, strawberry popping boba, and fresh pineapple. And speaking of Morimoto Asia, both it and Polite Pig have earned recognition in the MICHELIN Guide this summer -- two more reasons to add them to the must-do list.

More sweet news: Goofy's Candy Company is getting a fun new create-your-own popcorn offering coming soon. Choose from three flavors -- caramel, buttered, or the Disney Springs-exclusive orange citrus -- then add a chocolate drizzle and two or three candy mix-ins for a one-of-a-kind snack.

And while Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop at the Marketplace is gearing up for a full renovation (coming in 2027), a temporary location in Town Center will open later this summer so no one has to go without a World-Famous Hot Fudge Sundae.

Can't-Miss Summer Events at Disney Springs

The fun doesn't stop at shopping and snacking. On select nights this summer, the AdventHealth Waterside Stage hosts the DescenDANCE Party x Camp Rock Jam -- a high-energy dance celebration featuring hits from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, Camp Rock 3, and other Disney Channel favorites. It's the perfect evening out for families during Cool KIDS' SUMMER.

For a hands-on creative experience, head to Amorette's Patisserie for Mickey and Minnie Cookie Art with Edible Watercolor Paints. New beach-themed designs make this a sweet activity for kids of all ages. Each kit comes with a Mickey Mouse cookie, a Minnie Mouse cookie, a painter's palette cookie, paintbrushes, and water to activate the paints.

Families can also catch Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil and Disney at a special rate this season -- $25 for a child ticket with the purchase of a full-price adult ticket, available through September 6 for performances through September 20.

Plus, new seating, tables, and outdoor umbrellas are being added throughout the West Side -- because sometimes the best part of a big Disney Springs day is finding a shady spot to breathe it all in.
