Disney Destiny Maiden Voyage: Bookings Open Sept 12!
Ahoy, adventurers! Ready to set sail on a new adventure?
Bookings for the Disney Destiny open on September 12, and we're excited to share essential dates and details about the ship's maiden voyage and inaugural itineraries to help you plan unforgettable vacations!
The Disney Destiny will embark on its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 20, 2025. This special four-night cruise will be the first chance for guests to explore everything this ship has to offer, including visits to both of Disney Cruise Line's island destinations in The Bahamas – Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!

Following the maiden voyage, the ship will offer an inaugural season of four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and the Western Caribbean. Each journey will feature a sun-soaked day at either Disney Castaway Cay or Disney Lookout Cay, with some itineraries offering stops at both! Select cruises will also include additional relaxation and adventure in Nassau, Bahamas, or Cozumel, Mexico. Stay tuned for specific dates and itinerary details as we approach the general booking opening on September 12, 2024.
As you set course for tropical paradises, what better way to kick off the adventure than with a nod to Disney’s legendary Caribbean seafarers? Raise a glass, adventurers — here’s a sneak peek just for you!

Onboard the Disney Destiny, guests can join the "Pirates of the Caribbean" at Cask and Cannon, a new pub inspired by the famous Disney Parks attractions worldwide! Here, guests can share tales of their sea adventures in a cozy lounge filled with treasures "collected" during the pirates' many global voyages.
An evening at Cask and Cannon wouldn't be complete without a curated selection of rare, specialty, and vintage rums to impress even the most seasoned pirates. There will also be a special assortment of "bootlegged" brews, crafted exclusively for the pub and served directly from the barrel in true pirate fashion. And for those skilled in treasure hunting, there might even be a chance to uncover a secret stash of exotic drinks served in a real treasure chest — a find better than gold doubloons, wouldn't you say?
Cask and Cannon is just one of many new experiences awaiting guests aboard this heroes and villains-themed ship! The Disney Destiny will also introduce:
- Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, a unique dining experience celebrating the music of Disney's "The Lion King."
- “Disney Hercules,” a brand-new, Broadway-style show bringing the beloved Disney animated film to life.
- De Vil’s, a stylish piano lounge dedicated to the iconic Cruella de Vil.
- Edna Á La Mode Sweets, a one-of-a-kind confectionary inspired by Pixar's "The Incredibles."
- The Sanctum, Disney Cruise Line’s first lounge inspired by the mystical world of Marvel’s Doctor Strange.
Plus, the ship will feature hero-themed staterooms and suites with custom artwork inspired by epic Disney stories, a new villain-themed storyline for the AquaMouse water attraction, and tributes to legendary Marvel Super Heroes such as Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Iron Man!
Prepare to embark on a legendary journey filled with adventure, discovery, and unforgettable memories!
