Diamond Horseshoe Rides Into Fall With New Pop-Up Bites and Sips
Frontierland is preparing to add a little extra flavor to its frontier flair. This fall, The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom Park will welcome a limited-time pop-up with specially crafted food and drinks—perfect for a pause before heading back into the wilds of the park.
The classic restaurant, perched at the edge of civilization before Frontierland’s action kicks in, is trading its usual family-style Thanksgiving dinner menu for a fresh round of small plates and sips. The old-west setting remains; the provisions are simply getting a new plot twist.
A Board Worth Gathering Around
The first look at the pop-up menu includes a savory charcuterie board made for sharing. It comes topped with cured beef, “fancy bacon,” smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar and pickles. Fine city folk, cowpokes and hungry park-goers can all find common ground here: preferably near the bacon.

Additional small plates are still under wraps, so this is only the opening act for the pop-up’s shareable lineup.
Sweet Heat, Served in a Glass
For a non-alcoholic option with a little kick, the pop-up will pour a fancy lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim. Sweet, tart and spicy all at once—because plain lemonade clearly wasn’t feeling adventurous enough.

Prickly Pear Gets Pretty
Adults can also look forward to a bright pink margarita featuring LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave. It is a refreshing stop between Frontierland adventures—and a particularly photogenic one at that.

Thanksgiving Dinner Has Moved Next Door
Fans of The Diamond Horseshoe’s family-style Thanksgiving dinner need not sound the dinner bell in distress. Those familiar items will continue to be served next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.
More Details Are Still Coming Down the Trail
Disney plans to share more menu details and reservation information soon. Walk-ups will still be welcomed for the limited-time offering, giving hungry Magic Kingdom visitors another way to saddle up for a Frontierland feast this fall.
