A Sneak Peek Inside the Luxurious Disney Treasure Staterooms

A cruise ship is shown on water with text overlay: "Ship's Log, Progress Report, Disney Treasure," highlighted against a golden background.

A couple of weeks back, the final stateroom got installed on the magnificent Disney Treasure at the Meyer Werft Shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. It was no small feat positioning all 1,246 rooms inside the ship! The process started with each cabin being prefabricated at a factory off-site, moving along a slow conveyor belt. Different teams worked on various components of the rooms as the cabins progressed down the line, from plumbing to furniture and everything in between. Once fully outfitted, the cabins were loaded onto semi-trucks and transported to the yard, where cranes carefully lifted and placed them within the Disney Treasure.

The progress photos reveal a fresh, natural color scheme and custom artwork in each stateroom. Can you guess which Disney and Pixar films inspired the pieces in the rooms shown? These accommodations will soon become a home away from home for future Disney Cruise Line guests when they set out on family adventures later this year.
