First Look: The Reimagined Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
Tucked into the woodlands along the Sassagoula River, the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort have always been one of Walt Disney World's most magical places to rest a weary head. These three-bedroom hideaways perched among the trees offer something rare on Disney property -- genuine space, privacy, and a sense of peaceful seclusion. Now, they're getting even better.

Disney Vacation Club has shared an exclusive first look at the reimagined Treehouse Villas, and the refreshed spaces are nothing short of enchanting.
A Design Rooted in Craft and Nature
The updated look draws inspiration from New England-style craftsmanship and the timeless Arts and Crafts movement, weaving both into a design that feels right at home in the treetops. Rich color palettes and natural finishes -- think wood, stone, and organic textures -- create a warm, grounded retreat that connects beautifully to the surrounding landscape while tying back to the traditional elegance of Saratoga Springs Resort.
Spacious Comfort for the Whole Group
Each villa sleeps up to nine guests and comes loaded with the comforts of home. A full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, and freshly updated living and dining areas with all-new furniture, fixtures, and finishes make for a stay that feels genuinely relaxing. Private decks give families a perfect perch for soaking in the outdoors and making memories together.
Disney Magic is in the Details
Disney storytelling is woven into every corner of the refreshed design. Botanical motifs and animal details inspired by classic characters appear across textiles -- from throw pillows to lampshades -- bringing a touch of Disney magic to the natural surroundings.
Look closely and there are more than a dozen beloved characters and nature scenes from Disney Animation films and shorts waiting to be discovered. Timeless stories like The Fox and the Hound and Sleeping Beauty come to life through wall murals and fine art paintings, while familiar friends from Cinderella appear carved into the furnishings and tucked high into the architecture itself.
When Can Guests Experience the New Look?
Reimagined villas will begin debuting over the coming months, with the full renovation wrapping later in 2026. That means updated spaces will gradually become available, so it's worth keeping an eye on availability when planning a stay.
