Napa Rose Returns with a Fresh Look and Flavorful Twist

Napa Rose, the beloved fine dining gem at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, is set to reopen on February 6, 2026, unveiling a renewed dining experience that honors its 25-year legacy. With fresh interiors and a globally inspired menu rooted in California wine country cuisine, the restaurant invites guests to rediscover its signature charm.

Reservations are available now.

A Toast to Every Occasion at the Bar and Lounge

No reservation? No problem. The redesigned bar and lounge welcomes walk-in guests for elegant small plates and hand-crafted cocktails. Featuring cozy seating, a new fireplace, and an expanded outdoor patio, it’s the perfect place to unwind and sip in style.

Refined Dining Indoors or Under the Stars

In the main dining room or on the scenic terrace, guests can indulge in a seasonal prix fixe menu, with optional custom wine pairings. An enhanced children’s menu is available for young foodies aged 9 and under. The indoor space showcases a 1,500-label wine collection, while the terrace channels the relaxed spirit of California wine country.

Advance reservations are recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. Limited same-day reservations may be available.

Chef’s Counter and Private Dining, Perfected

The Chef’s Counter offers an immersive culinary experience for up to 18 guests, with chefs crafting each course live from the exhibition kitchen. This exclusive option is now available for booking online.

For more intimate celebrations, a beautifully updated private dining room seats up to 16 guests and is bookable directly through the restaurant.

New Menus Crafted by Culinary Visionaries

Chef Andrew Sutton and Executive Chef Clint Chin have curated a bold new menu celebrating seasonal ingredients, international flair, and Napa Rose’s signature sophistication. Pastry chefs Jorge Sotelo and Nubia Renteria bring over 25 years of artistry to a lineup of decadent desserts.

Led by General Manager Jess Soman and Wine Director Patrick Kirchen, the Napa Rose team is ready to whisk guests away on a world-class culinary adventure.

Sneak Peek: Flavors to Savor

At the bar and lounge, expect refined bites like Beef Tartare with Osetra caviar, Bone Marrow Custard, and the playful Laughing Tiger—a fresh take on the fan-favorite Smiling Tiger Salad.

In the main dining room, highlights include American Wagyu N.Y. with grape fennel mustardo, Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms, and Sorpresine Pasta featuring Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.

For dessert, the Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux and Valrhona Chocolate Bar promise a memorable finish.

Raise a Glass to Napa Rose’s Next Chapter

From indulgent bites to immersive chef-crafted courses, Napa Rose’s return marks a new era of fine dining at Disneyland Resort. With elegance, innovation, and heart, this culinary destination is ready to welcome guests once again for unforgettable evenings in the heart of California wine country.
