Gordon Ramsay’s Swinging ’60s Gastropub to Debut at Downtown Disney
A Taste of London’s Groovy Past Lands in Anaheim
Disneyland Resort's Downtown Disney District is dialing up the flavor with an exciting new addition—Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a British-themed gastropub from the culinary powerhouse behind Earl of Sandwich and the Michelin-starred chef himself.
Promising a vibrant tribute to 1960s London, this stylish new spot will serve iconic British fare in a setting full of retro charm and Carnaby Street cool.
A Stylish Pub Setting Above Earl of Sandwich
Perched atop the newly revamped Earl of Sandwich, The Carnaby will offer a chic space for guests to gather. Think plush seating, bold British pop art, and the unmistakable sounds of the British Invasion—creating an immersive experience that celebrates the spirit of swinging London.
Guests can choose to dine on one of two open-air terraces, unwind at the bustling bar, or settle into cozy booths for a more intimate bite.
Classic British Dishes with a Gordon Ramsay Twist
The menu is a love letter to British pub classics, featuring Ramsay’s legendary beef Wellington, crispy fish and chips, and the indulgent sticky toffee pudding. The beverage menu will be just as tempting, with curated wines, craft beers, and imaginative cocktails designed to capture the vibe of London’s most iconic lounges.
As Chef Ramsay puts it, “We’re bringing those cool vibes to Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby—stunning interiors, incredible food, and great music.”
Live Music and ’60s Energy After Dark
The Carnaby won’t just be about food—it’s also set to be a nightlife destination. Select evenings will feature live music inspired by the groovy beats of the 1960s, making it an ideal spot for date nights, friend gatherings, or an unforgettable night out.
Joining a Star-Studded Culinary Cast
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby adds star power to Downtown Disney’s growing roster of celebrated chefs. It joins the likes of Carlos Gaytán (Paseo, Céntrico, Tiendita) and Joe Isidori (Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, Pearl’s Roadside BBQ), all transforming the district into a top-tier food destination.
