And last but certainly not least is the House Gumbo, a classic New Orleans dish that combines braised chicken, andouille sausage, and heirloom rice into a mouthwatering delight that's sure to leave you wanting more.
If you're craving some Cajun flair straight from New Orleans, give the Cajun Spice Half Chicken a try. This dish offers a little extra kick with its house-made chicory BBQ sauce and is served alongside comforting sides of baked macaroni and cheese and coleslaw.
