Disneyland Park’s Tiana’s Palace: First Look at the Menu
Tiana's Palace is finally opening its doors on September 7th! This new establishment over at Disneyland Park is the perfect spot to grab a bite and experience the flavors of New Orleans. Those seeking something a bit heartier can indulge in the 7 Greens Gumbo with Chicken & Andouille Sausage. And last but certainly not least is the House Gumbo, a classic New Orleans dish that combines braised chicken, andouille sausage, and heirloom rice into a mouthwatering delight that's sure to leave you wanting more.
If you're craving some Cajun flair straight from New Orleans, give the Cajun Spice Half Chicken a try. This dish offers a little extra kick with its house-made chicory BBQ sauce and is served alongside comforting sides of baked macaroni and cheese and coleslaw.

For those looking to try out some classic New Orleans sandwiches, the Muffuletta Sandwich is a must-try.
