Exciting news for food lovers! The Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort is getting ready to thrill guests with all-new dining experiences this spring. Three Mexican restaurants - Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita - will open in May, offering innovative flavors and culinary creativity by Mexico's first Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán.

Paseo will have a show-stopping dining room and bar area with rich woods, tiles, textures, leathers, and custom accents, while Céntrico will serve upscale Mexican cuisine and tequila-based cocktails in its open and airy courtyard. Tiendita will offer guests Mexican heritage flavors and street-food staples on the go.

Also, Din Tai Fung, a Michelin-awarded restaurant brand from Taiwan, will open this summer in the district, serving its signature soup dumplings, steamed buns, noodles, and other flavorful dishes. Moreover, two more restaurant concepts - a steakhouse restaurant and an adjacent barbecue eatery - are in the works for the Downtown Disney District.

Lastly, Marceline's Confectionery is undergoing a complete reimagining, and guests can visit the Marceline's cart coming soon to the district to pick up their favorite treats.

With all these fantastic dining options, there's no better time to enjoy a memorable meal or grab an iconic Disney treat in Downtown Disney!
