Attention all food enthusiasts! Get your taste buds ready for a treat, as three of the most popular spots at Walt Disney World Resort are all set to revamp their menus. The culinary teams at Disney Resort hotels have been working tirelessly to prepare delectable dishes and beverages that are sure to satiate your cravings. Starting October 11, Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Banana Cabana at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will offer new menu items that cater to everyone's palate.

Without further ado, let's dive in and explore what's cooking with all the new items that will be available at these three locations.

Let's embark on an exciting journey to Disney's Wilderness Lodge and explore the Geyser Point Bar & Grill, which is located beside the pool and the lake. You don't have to go far to realize that this place serves some of the most delicious dishes. And with the new additions to the menu, the bar and grill have stepped up their game. While the Bison Burger remains a favorite, the culinary team has introduced three new plant-based dishes that are sure to impress. Plus, all the food items are available via mobile order. First on the list is the Crispy 'Peking' Ribs, which are coated in a delectable peking sauce and cashews. If you prefer wings, you're in for a treat as the Geyser Chicken Wings are now available in two new flavors - Thai Chili or Sriracha Buffalo. But don't worry, if you're a fan of Teriyaki, it's still on the menu!

What's better than a charcuterie board? A Charcuterie Flatbread, of course! This flatbread is topped with salami, brisket, chorizo, bacon, and smoked gouda beer cheese, making it the ultimate indulgence. And if you're looking for something different, try the new Turkey BLT Sandwich. This sandwich is a twist on the classic BLT, with house-smoked black pepper turkey, candied bacon, and avocado puree, creating a perfect blend of flavors in every bite.

You won't want to miss the three new plant-based offerings that have been added to the Geyser Point Bar & Grill menu. The Macaroni and 'Cheese' Bites are bite-sized pieces of perfection, paired with tomato and peppers. The Vegetable Burger with 'Cheese' is another fantastic plant-based option, topped with a spicy slaw, pepper jack 'cheese', lettuce, and tomato. Lastly, the Multigrain Salad with Tofu is a new addition that combines mixed greens, wild rice, bell peppers, and sesame vinaigrette. If you prefer, you can also order it with chicken, steak, or salmon.
In addition to these dishes, a new drink has also been added to the menu. The Pineapple Mule, which was initially introduced during Black History Month, has now become a permanent offering at Geyser Point Bar & Grill. This refreshing beverage features Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey, Hella Cocktail Co. Ginger Bitters, pineapple juice, ginger beer, and mint. Mauro Santiago Marcos and Megan Reinhardt, the Guest Experience Managers, have crafted this cocktail around Uncle Nearest Whiskey, which pays tribute to Nathan 'Nearest' Green, the first known Black master distiller. Along with Geyser Point Bar & Grill, the Pineapple Mule will be available at over 40 Disney Resort hotel bars and lounges.

Are you ready to immerse yourself in a world of good vibes and delicious flavors? Head over to Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago, located in Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. This open-air spot has always been a favorite among visitors, and it's about to get even better with the addition of some mouthwatering delights to its already flavorful menu. And the best part? You can order all the food via mobile order.

First on the list are the Korean Fried Chicken Bao Buns, which are served with lime mayo, sweet-and-spicy gochujang sauce, 'kimchi' pickles, and radish. The Tamarind Soy-glazed Pork Ribs with scallions, pickled fresno chili, and cilantro is another new starter that is sure to impress. If you're a ceviche fan or are looking to try something new, the Ceviche Classico is a must-try dish. It features kona kampachi, sweet potato, cancha, red onion, chile, and leche de tigre, creating a burst of flavors in every bite.

If you're in the mood for a refreshing salad, don't miss the Villa del Lago Wedge Salad. This salad features baby iceberg lettuce, chorizo, bleu cheese, and marinated tomatoes, topped with avocado dressing. You can also add grilled shrimp or grilled chicken for some added protein.

It's time for the main course! There's nothing quite like a good taco, and the Pork Carnitas Tacos are sure to satisfy your cravings. These tacos are served with a trio of sauces - chipotle-pineapple salsa, tomatillo salsa verde, and salsa borracha - along with cotija cheese and pickled vegetables served with black beans and rice. It's the perfect combination of flavors in every bite. Another must-try is the Chicken Mole Poblano, which features a sweet corn-Oaxacan cheese tamale, rich mole poblano sauce, and radish.

If you're in the mood for a burger, the Three Bridges Signature Burger is a must-try. This is not your ordinary burger, as it is topped with bacon marmalade, sun-dried tomato jam, smoked gouda queso, crispy vegetables, and arugula, served with smoked paprika fries. For seafood lovers, the Plancha-seared Mahi Mahi and Shrimp is a perfect choice. This dish is paired with basmati rice, bok choy, Thai red coconut-curry sauce, and mint, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.

And for plant-based diners, don't worry, your favorite dishes like Guacamole, Roasted Corn Dip, and the 'Poke' Bowl (now available with tofu) are still on the menu, so you won't miss out on anything.

Is there any meal that can be considered complete without a sweet course? The Warm Churros, which are still available on the menu, now come with a choice of three dipping sauces: tequila caramel, spiced chocolate, and mango-chamoy. Another dessert that's sure to tantalize your taste buds is the Coconut Flan with passionfruit sauce, mango, and hibiscus. This dessert was previously featured only during Women's History Month, but it has now become a permanent fixture at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago.

Before we move on to our next destination, let's take a moment to explore three new beverages that are on offer. The Cold Brew Old Fashioned is the perfect drink for fans of both cold brew and old-fashioned cocktails. It features SelvaRey Chocolate Rum, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, Joffrey's Mexican Femenino Cold Brew, and Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters. For those looking for a unique twist on red wine, the Tinto de Verano is a refreshing and fruity cocktail that combines red wine, Combier Creme de Mure, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, and Sprite. This cocktail is traditionally served in Spain during the summer months. And for a non-alcoholic, tropical drink, the Tropical Coconut Cooler is a refreshing blend of coconut, orange, pineapple, and lime juices served with a salt rim.

It's time to unwind and indulge with some delicious food as we make our way to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, where Banana Cabana has added some new bites to their menu. You can pair one of their refreshing beverages with a delicious savory dish like the new Banana Cabana Burger. This dish features Caribbean barbecue, tomatillo-jalapeño cream cheese, and pineapple salsa with plantain crunch served with french fries.

If you're a fan of wings, then you're in for a treat because the Grilled Wings now come in two new sauce flavors: Rum Barbecue and Guava Buffalo. However, if you prefer the classic Jamaican Jerk flavor, it's still available too. These three options have been crafted by the talented culinary team to offer a mild (Rum Barbecue), medium (Guava Buffalo), and hot (Jamaican Jerk) island-style sauce. Regardless of your preference, your wings will be served with carrots and a delicious cilantro-lime crema.

Seafood lovers have two new treats to savor by the poolside - the Seafood Fritters served with passion fruit aioli and the Coconut Shrimp served with citrus-chili sauce and french fries. Sounds delicious! To add to the island atmosphere, Banana Cabana hosts a live steel drum band on Fridays and Saturdays.
