We're excited for the Holidays at Disneyland Resort from Nov. 10, 2023, through Jan. 7, 2024! Guests can enjoy new & returning holiday offerings, explore the Disney Festival of Holidays marketplaces, take photos with Mickey Mouse, and see Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle illuminated with projections & fireworks.

A lively parade features Disney characters in vibrant costumes, with palm trees and a blue sky in the background, surrounded by cheering crowds.

Cultural Celebrations in Disney California Adventure Park

Disneyland's Festival of Holidays draws inspiration from various multicultural seasonal celebrations and cherished traditions like Christmas, Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day. Guests can enjoy diverse food and live entertainment with music and dance performances at different locations. This year, the festival will also be celebrated in the Hollywood Backlot for the first time. Moreover, the popular Holiday Toy Drummers will be marching to the beat of Disney and Pixar characters in "Mickey's Happy Holidays".

Festivalgoers can buy a Sip and Savor Pass* to enjoy food and nonalcoholic beverages from several marketplaces and dining locations. The Pass can be shared among friends and family and is valid for the entire festival.

Colorful dancers in traditional Mexican attire perform in a festive parade, surrounded by vibrant decorations and lively atmosphere.

Disney ¡Viva Navidad! is returning to Paradise Gardens Park for its tenth season. An all-new menu will be available at Paradise Garden Grill for Guests to enjoy. The Three Caballeros will be hosting a lively street party featuring Mexican folklórico dancers and mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers and percussionists, giant mojiganga puppets, and of course, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dressed up for the holidays. Live music and dancing, meet and greets with beloved Disney characters, and even special appearances by Mirabel from Walt Disney Animation Studios' "Encanto" are also planned.

A festive display features colorful decorations, flowers, and a prominent "Happy Holidays" sign, all illuminated with bright lights.

Enjoy Holiday Decorations and Attraction Overlays

With breathtaking winter-themed decorations and stunning lights, you'll be transported to a magical wonderland at Disneyland Resort. Don't miss the chance to see Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle, which looks straight out of a fairytale with its icicles and snow-capped turrets. Another must-see is the gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, which is inspired by sweet treats and pastries. You'll also find Christmas trees with unique ornaments throughout the parks and hotels. And to add to the enchantment, "snow" falls every night in select areas of Disneyland park!

Get ready for a festive holiday experience as you embark on a journey through Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Ornaments, lights, and other embellishments will adorn your favorite attractions, giving them a special holiday overlay. You'll be serenaded with jolly tunes on the wintry waterway of "it's a small world" Holiday and witness Jack Skellington from "Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas" as he transforms the Haunted Mansion into the frightfully festive Haunted Mansion Holiday, complete with a new and hauntingly delightful gingerbread house. Don't miss out on the seasonal spins that Luigi's Joy to the Whirl and Mater's Jingle Jamboree will undergo for the "haul-idays" at Disney California Adventure. Get ready to gear up for some cheer and make unforgettable memories this holiday season!

Mickey and Minnie Mouse celebrate the holidays in front of a decorated tree, with a castle in the background and a crowd of visitors.

Seasonal Parades and Holiday Entertainment

Mickey Mouse and his friends will be dressed in all-new midcentury modern-inspired outfits, adding some extra merriment to your family photos. Don't forget to visit Santa Claus, who will be available for photos at Disneyland Resort until Dec. 24. You won't want to miss the "A Christmas Fantasy Parade," featuring characters from beloved Disney Animation and Pixar films. And after dark, the "Believe...In Holiday Magic" nighttime spectacular will light up the sky with dazzling fireworks and snow. For an extra special experience, consider the Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour**, which includes select seasonal offerings and reserved viewing for the parade.

Colorful illuminated fountains dance in rhythm, accompanied by vibrant projections of animated characters against a night backdrop.

Head on over to Disney California Adventure for "World of Color - Season of Light," where you can witness hundreds of fountains illustrating warm moments from Disney animated films and feel the spirit of togetherness and love. Don't forget to visit the Downtown Disney District for some holiday shopping and dining, and enjoy some mistle-toe-tapping live musical performances on select evenings at the Downtown Disney LIVE! stage. For a cozy atmosphere, head on over to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Disneyland Hotel, where you can enjoy live entertainment on some nights. We can't wait for the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort to begin, and we hope you'll join in the fun!
