When the Florida sun clocks out, Walt Disney World’s parks take on a whole new personality. The lights glow, the popcorn somehow tastes even better, and a late-night lap through the parks suddenly feels like the main event.

Disney After Hours returns in 2027 with separately ticketed, limited-capacity evenings at Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Expect lower wait times, included ice cream novelties, popcorn and bottled beverages, plus plenty of time to chase favorite attractions after dark.

First Things First: When Tickets Go on Sale

Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase 2027 Disney After Hours tickets beginning September 10, 2026. Tickets open for all other guests on September 22, 2026.

Each event ticket also unlocks early evening entry beginning at 7:00 p.m. That means the night can start before the official party hours do—an especially handy trick when the goal is squeezing every last sparkle out of the evening.

Magic Kingdom: A Midnight Spin Through Fantasyland

Magic Kingdom After Hours runs from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on event nights, with entry beginning at 7:00 p.m. A park reservation is not required for ticket holders entering before the event begins.

Among the included attractions are TRON Lightcycle / Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan’s Flight, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. Prince Charming Regal Carousel, the PeopleMover and a twinkling Tomorrowland make an excellent supporting cast for the late shift.

2027 Magic Kingdom After Hours dates: January 11 and 18; February 1, 8, 15 and 22; March 4, 8 and 15; April 5, 12 and 26; May 17 and 24; June 14, 21 and 28; and July 15 and 19.

Hollywood Studios: The Night Shift Has Star Power

Disney’s Hollywood Studios After Hours takes place on select evenings through August 25, 2027, typically from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Ticket holders may enter beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The attraction lineup includes Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, Toy Story Mania!, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway and Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

Keep an eye on the streets, too: surprise character encounters may pop up during the event. Ice cream, popcorn and bottled drinks at various locations are included, because an after-hours escape from the First Order is better with a snack break.

2027 Disney’s Hollywood Studios After Hours dates: January 16 and 27; February 13 and 24; March 13, 17 and 24; April 7, 24 and 28; May 19 and 26; June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; July 5, 12 and 26; and August 4 and 25.

EPCOT: A Late-Night Lap Around the Globe

EPCOT After Hours runs on select evenings through August 19, 2027, from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. With entry beginning at 7:00 p.m., the ticket gives guests five and a half hours for a very different kind of World Showcase stroll.

Open attractions include Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Test Track presented by General Motors, Frozen Ever After, Soarin’ Across America, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, Living with the Land, Mission: SPACE, The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Spaceship Earth.

Complimentary ice cream, popcorn and bottled drinks are available at various locations during the event. Donald may still be hiding in Mexico, but at least the snack situation is easy to find.

2027 EPCOT After Hours dates: January 21; February 18; April 1, 15 and 22; May 6 and 13; June 3 and 12; July 8, 22 and 29; and August 7, 12 and 19.

A Few Fine Print Fireworks

Attractions and entertainment are subject to change. Still, for travelers hoping to trade long daytime lines for a limited-capacity evening of rides, treats and park lights, Disney After Hours puts three very different nightcaps on the 2027 calendar.
