At Destination D23, Josh D'Amaro, the Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, announced some thrilling additions that are coming to Magic Kingdom Park. These include fresh experiences at the Country Bear Jamboree and Haunted Mansion rides and something special for all the Pirates of the Caribbean enthusiasts out there!

During the Destination D23 conference, Chris Beatty, a Disney Imagineer, announced that Country Bear Jamboree is due for a revamp. The beloved show will feature new music, with the bears performing Disney classics in various country genres like rockabilly, bluegrass, and pop-country. The new take on the show will pay homage to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, and Disney is collaborating with Nashville musicians to achieve an authentic country sound. However, the attraction's fun and friendly nature and beloved characters will remain unchanged.

Beginning at the end of November, visitors to the Haunted Mansion attraction at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom will get to witness the Hatbox Ghost's appearance. As guests journey through the Endless Hallway, the infamous ghost will greet them after leaving the cemetery's swinging wake and smiling at the Doom Buggies that pass by. At the Destination D23 event, Imagineer Daniel Joseph made the announcement and also provided insights about the Hatbox Ghost's arrival.

Adventureland at Magic Kingdom Park in Florida is getting a new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge. This unique experience will carry forward the narrative of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, with Imagineers working on the design process. Stay tuned for more details to come soon.
