Art enthusiasts, get ready to celebrate as a new year approaches! What better way to usher in the year 2024 than by attending the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. From January 12 to February 19, immerse yourself in this inspiring event that showcases the visual, culinary, and performing arts in the unique Disney style. Today, we're providing details to help guests plan their artistic journey. Here are five fantastic ways to embrace the arts at this vibrant festival.

1. **Performing Arts in the Spotlight:**
Broadway's brightest stars are making their way to Walt Disney World with the return of the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series at EPCOT. Three daily shows throughout the festival will feature original leading ladies from a certain icy kingdom performing together on the America Gardens Theatre stage. The lineup includes stars from "Frozen," "Freaky Friday," "The Little Mermaid," "Mary Poppins," "Beauty and the Beast," "The Lion King," "Tarzan," and "Aladdin." Showcase Plaza will also host a variety of daily performances, including musicians, live painting, and thrilling acrobatic feats with Art Defying Gravity.

  • Caissie Levy and Patti Murin (“Frozen”): Jan. 12, 14, 15, 18, 20, 22, 23

The packages, including options like Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, Garden Grill Restaurant, Rose & Crown Dining Room, Le Cellier, Spice Road Table, and Regal Eagle Smokehouse (same-day, in-person walk-up packages only), can be explored for more details, pricing, and availability here.

3. **Culinary Arts Adventures:**
Over 15 Food Studios throughout EPCOT will blend delectable flavors with an artistic twist. New dishes and drinks will tempt your taste buds, such as the Rainbow Cake with freeze-dried SKITTLES® bite-sized candies and the Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib. The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine allows guests to explore sweet and savory offerings in all the colors of the rainbow. Festival Passport stamps can lead to a complimentary surprise at Deco Delights Food Studio after collecting five stamps.

4. **Interactive Experiences:**
Dive into the magic at Animation Academy, held daily at America Gardens Theatre, where you can learn drawing skills from Disney character experts. Join fellow artists at Expression Section: A Paint by Numbers Mural to leave your creative mark on a larger-than-life wall mural. Kid’s Chalk Art and artful photo ops are also available for visitors to express their artistic side.

5. **Visual Arts and Merchandise:**
Explore galleries and meet the imaginative artists behind the works at the festival. Figment, everyone's favorite purple dragon, takes center stage on a variety of festival merchandise, from household items and décor to apparel and trading items. The mini festival-themed Disney Gift Card offers a convenient way to pay, and Figment’s Brush with the Master’s Scavenger Hunt provides a delightful journey throughout World Showcase for guests of all ages.
