Disney Treasure Sets Sail on Another Milestone Journey
The Disney Treasure reached a major milestone September 18, 2024, making its first voyage from the Meyer Werft shipyard, guided by tugboat down the Ems River toward open waters. Waving spectators lined the riverbank, cheering as the ship passed by. Over the next few days, the Disney Treasure will undergo rigorous sea trials to ensure it's prepared for its upcoming transatlantic journey. Captain Marco, who will be commanding the ship, is set to come aboard and oversee these critical tests.
