With the final block of the Disney Destiny now in place, the Meyer Werft shipyard team is shifting focus to the ship’s unique exterior details. One of the most striking features is the hand-painted artwork on the bow, showcasing Minnie Mouse in a bold, heroic stance. Dressed in a flowing cape and a brand-new ensemble, she embodies the ship’s distinctive “Heroes and Villains” theme.
This elegant filigree continues a cherished Disney Cruise Line tradition, dating back to the Disney Magic, with each vessel featuring a custom character-inspired design on its bow. As the Disney Destiny prepares for its highly anticipated maiden voyage in November, the shipyard will continue refining both its exterior and interior, bringing the magic to life.
