Step by Step Instructions on How to Join A Virtual Queue
Arrive Early
There are a limited number of Virtual Queue reservations available per day. Arriving at Park opening will position you to get a coveted spot.
Secure Your Virtual Queue Reservation
Using the Disneyland app, locate the prompt for Virtual Queue on the home page or by clicking the three lines (lower right). Select Virtual Queue and select the members of your party who will be joining the queue and click Confirm Your Party. Follow the prompt to obtain a Virtual Queue pass.
If you get into a Virtual Queue
You will receive a notification on your phone via the Disneyland app when it's time to enter the standby queue. You have a one hour arrival window after your time begins.
If you do not get into a Virtual Queue
If you do not get into a virtual queue, continue to check the app periodically throughout the day in the event more space becomes available or plan to enjoy your favorite attraction by entering the standby queue (if available).
Individual Lightning Lanes & Virtual Queues
On occasion, select attractions may offer virtual queue (free), standby queue (free) or Individual Lightning Lane (cost associated). All options will offer access to the queue (based on availability, of course). However, the Individual Lightning Lane option affords guests the opportunity to select a return time. Keep this in mind as you weigh and compare the options.
Important!
To join the Virtual Queue, guests must have either a Park Reservation at the park where the Virtual Queue attraction is located or a Park Hopper ticket.
