Natalie was unbelievably helpful in planning our trip. From making sure we packed cell phone batteries to take into the parks with us (she was right, the Disney app uses a lot of power!) to making dining arrangements for us. Every restaurant we dined at was delicious and had world-class service. She made sure that we knew where and when to go to several delightful gems.
Natalie took the time - a whole hour! - to walk me through the Disney app, Genie, Lightning Lane, and Virtual Queues and recommending videos to watch on app strategies while in the parks. And then there was the day we overslept when I panicked and thought I had ruined our vacation, haha. She was right there for me, reassuring me that we still had a whole day ahead of us, and we could still get the rides we wanted. And oh my did we ever! We hit all of our "must do" rides during our three park days, and wow, it was awesome. Natalie truly set us up for success with her vast knowledge of the Disney experience.
