This was my first cruise and first time using a travel agent. Laura helped me through every step and provided her professional opinion and personal experience which I appreciated a lot. She also helped me pass time until the cruise by recommending Facebook pages, fun groups to join and provided links to must stop areas on our drive to Florida. She really did cover everything which is helpful for first-timers! While on vacation it really was stress free and I wasn't standing in line at guest services trying to add or change something because Laura got us tickets to everything we wanted.
