Enjoy a quiet retreat at Concierge Lounges available at Disney Deluxe Resort hotels. Read the paper. Have a drink. Catch up on the ball game. These cozy lounges provide an alternate place to relax outside your hotel room. Attendants are available throughout the day to answer questions, make recommendations, and secure reservations should you need them.
Private Concierge Lounge
Swipe your MagicBand or key card to access your Disney Resort Hotel Concierge Lounge. Each comfortable lounge includes tables, chairs, televisions, newspapers, board games, and an attendant, as well as an assortment of food and beverages served throughout the day.
Coffee, Soda & More
Can't get by without your morning coffee? Pour a cup of java or prepare your favorite latte at the lounge coffee bar. Stay and sip or take your coffee to go. Hot tea, an assortment of juices, and milk are also available in the morning. Soft drinks are served throughout the day, while beer and wine are available in the evenings.
Continental Breakfast
Slip into the Concierge Lounge before heading into the parks each day for your favorite morning sips and bites. A coffee bar, a variety of hot teas, juice, or milk are available along with breakfast assortments such as eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and more. (Items are subject to change.)
Mid Day Snacks
Before heading back to your room for a mid-day break, stop at the Concierge Lounge to pick up a few beverages and snacks to take back to your room (or to the pool). Offerings include soft drinks, juice, tea, coffee, chips, pretzels, cookies, cupcakes, and more. (Items are subject to change.)
Evening Appetizers & Spirits
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer before heading to dinner. No dinner plans? Sample yummy appetizers and head into the parks where popular Disney snacks can make for a deliciously fun "dinner". Snack around the World at EPCOT, try classic theme park bites like popcorn or a legendary corn dog from Casey's Corner at Magic Kingdom, or better yet, head to Disney Springs for a one-pound cookie from Gideon's Bakehouse. Go ahead, you're on vacation!
Evening Sweets & Treats
On those relaxing evenings spent at your Disney Resort Hotel, be sure to stop by the lounge to enjoy a sweet or two! Hotel chefs whip up delightful treats including cupcakes, cookies, tarts, and more. Pair your sweet with a little hot chocolate or hot tea. Both are offered in the lounge.
Evening Turn Down Service
Step into your room after a long evening at the Disney Parks to find your beds turned down (and perhaps a little chocolate on your pillow). Mousekeeping will return to your room after you've slipped away for the evening to refresh your towels, empty waste bins, and freshen up your room for your late-night return.
Concierge Attendant
An Attendant is stationed at the Concierge Lounge and is available to answer questions, make recommendations, and secure reservations for you as needed throughout your vacation. Need to change your dining reservation? An attendant can check availability and reschedule your reservation (based on availability). Would you like to secure a reservation for horseback riding at Fort Wilderness? An attendant can help with that too.
Complimentary DVD Rentals
Club Level rooms include a DVD player. Pop into the Concierge Lounge, browse the library of available Disney movies, and take your favorite back to your room. While you're there, grab a snack or two to take with you, and make it a mini-movie party! Don't forget a drink.
Board Games & Cards
Play a game of Connect Four or Go Fish with mom while dad catches up on the game's current score. The lounge is a perfect place to spend a little downtime after a busy day in the Disney Parks. Traveling with family and friends? Lounges are the perfect place to connect with one another at the resort hotel.
