Sarah has now booked two cruises for us, and we wouldn't trust anyone else! The first was a large family cruise with Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas, where she coordinated six different rooms for our group. Planning a trip that size could have been stressful, but Sarah made everything so easy. She answered every question in detail, was always quick to respond, and sent helpful reminders throughout the planning process so no one missed a thing. Everyone in our family commented on how wonderful she was to work with, and the entire trip was perfect! For our anniversary trip, Sarah helped us plan the vacation of a lifetime aboard the new Star Princess to Alaska. She took the time to help us decide between the Princess Plus and Premier packages, arranged our travel, and even personally verified that our excursions were ADA accessible so my husband could fully enjoy the experience. During our trip, we had a minor hiccup with transportation involving an accessible vehicle. One text to Sarah was all it took to get things moving in the right direction, she jumped on it immediately and had everything taken care of. That level of service and genuine care is hard to find. We're already planning our next cruise, and there's no question that Sarah will be the one booking it. We can't recommend her enough!
Sarah went above and beyond in helping us plan our trip to Disney World for our daughter’s 5th birthday. My husband and I had not been to Disney World in over 20 years so it was like our first trip all over again. She helped us decide what restaurants we would enjoy as a family, and recommended rides and attractions we would all love. She booked our dining reservations and our Bippity Boppity Boutique appointment, taking a lot of stress off of me. We had an absolutely magical trip thanks to Sarah.
