What My Clients Are Saying
We had such a wonderful vacation combining a 4-night Disney Wish sailing with our very first Norwegian Cruise Line cruise aboard the Prima. We've cruised with Disney before, so we knew to expect the incredible service, entertainment, and attention to detail that always keeps us coming back. The Wish absolutely lived up to those expectations once again. Trying Norwegian Prima for the first time was a fun change of pace and gave us the opportunity to experience something completely different. Everything came together seamlessly thanks to Heather's planning. Having someone who understood both cruise lines and handled all the details made the entire process easy from start to finish. If you're considering Disney, Norwegian, or even combining multiple cruise lines into one vacation, we highly recommend booking with Heather. We can't wait to start planning our next adventure!
100,000% recommend @ParkHoppingHeather to book all of your Disney World trips! She's gone above and beyond in so many ways from day one. But this takes the cake... my son has gotten such special treatment being that its's his birthday trip and then she had a box full of amazing treats sent to our hotel room for him! What a sweet surprise! Thank you for making this trip extra, extra special!

Heather had everything processed and ready for us. All paperwork was easily accessible and ready for check-in and easy to follow instructions. Having never been to these locations (Universal Epic Universe and Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas), with Heather in our corner, we looked like pros!
Heather was phenomenal to work with. Whenever I had questions she either had the answers immediately or reached out to others within the organization and got the answers quickly. It's so much easier and convenient to use a planner who either has the answers or can get them quickly opposed to doing your own digging for answers. Heather quickly booked our trip and made sure we didn't have any other questions. She kept us updated throughout the entire booking process, which was super convenient. I could not recommend her enough and we cannot wait to book Halloween Horror Nights with her!
THANK YOU!!!!!! Traveling with a group of 12 over Thanksgiving week could have been stressful, but Heather handled every detail flawlessly. She secured all of our reservations, even Liberty Tree Tavern on Thanksgiving day (if you know, you know)! She's proactive, organized, and makes group travel feel effortless.
Heather made our trip one of the best we've ever experienced with our kids! She has thought of every single detail you could possibly imagine and can answer any question! It was such a smooth and convenient experience that made for a special trip of a lifetime! Definitely plan your Disney Cruise Line vacation with Heather!
Heather is an absolute Disney pro and with 2 boys, she knows all the mom-of-toddler pro tips! I don't think I asked her a single thing she didn't know the answer to. I love that she highlighted things that were really popular so we knew to hit them early. And that she had insights for best nap spots/rides and can't-miss-things!
