Courtney was a saving grace for planning our first trip to Disney!! She was timely in all responses, knew every answer to any question I asked, and gave great recommendations. She personalized our trip just for us and made sure everything was age appropriate for our family. Courtney was able to make sure we got to do EVERYTHING on our wish list. She gave great advice on the fly for if our plans needed changing due to ride closures and other unforeseen events. What can I say? I cannot recommend Courtney enough! We surprised our little girl with a trip to Disney to celebrate her birthday. We had never done Disney before and had no clue where to start. Courtney found us and booked a lovely resort (Port Orleans Riverside) which had a ton of amenities and was extremely clean! She set up our tickets, helped make us a character dinning reservation and recommended/outlined several shows, rides and experiences our little girl would enjoy. She even answered my billion and one questions through the entire process, including questions we had while on site! Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful regarding all things Disney. I could have not planned this trip without her! I feel like we got a lot out of the experience as first timers and our little girl was in awe of the magic! 10 out 10 recommend Courtney when booking anything Disney!
Courtney was phenomenal at helping my Husband plan a surprise get away for us at Disney. It was my first time ever going. She helped him through every step of the planning and purchasing process.
