Thanks to all of the arrangements that Autumn Cotten made for us. The young ones were able to learn to surf, we climbed Diamond Head for spectacular views, horsebacked through the set of Jurassic Park, saw manta rays and sea turtles. We learned about Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona. Had a fantastic Luau at Aulani. And still relaxed. It was a fantastically, beautiful and a wonderful trip. Everyone at the resort was wonderful!

Autumn is awesome!! I can tell her all the details and extras we want to do as a family and she always makes it happen! It takes a lot of the planning stress off of me! She’s also very responsive any time I had a question! We appreciate all the updates on when lightning lanes are available, and we love the itinerary that we receive in the mail!

Autumn is the best. She is always quick to respond and answer questions. This is the 4th trip that I've booked with Autumn. I plan on using her again and again.

First off, AUTUMN is THE BEST! This is the second trip she's planned for my family. Every time, she delivers PLATINUM LEVEL service. What we love about Autumn is her passion for all-things-Disney. She's not just "planning" a vacation for someone. She is living it with us. Since this was a first-time cruise for the entire family, I had lots of "little" questions along the way. Autumn NEVER made me feel less than important or stupid for asking questions. She welcomed them. And even when I received her Out-Of-Office reply because SHE was enjoying HER FAMILY vacation, she would answer my emails within hours. She's just plain amazing. We have told all of our friends, as well as the Frisco Chamber of Commerce where I am an Ambassador, about Autumn and her level of expertise. Now...here's what also amazed me. A week before the vacation was to begin, she set up a pre-destination call. We walked through the entire vacation, her suggestions, her insights, her recommendations....EVERYTHING was spot on! I could not thank her enough. We may have NEVER met in person, but Autumn became "family" with us.

Autumn was so helpful with planning and booking this vacation. We had a few changes and concerns, and she was eager to help and extremely accommodating. Autumn was able to book dinners, strollers, and give advice on grocery services. She did a meeting beforehand to go over how to tackle rides and shows, etc. We will definitely refer her to friends and family and use her for our next vacation.

Autumn always makes the reservations we want. She communicates the important dates and gives us information. She answers all of our questions. She is great.
