How Rider Switch Works: Step-by-Step

Using Rider Switch is simple and keeps the day moving smoothly.

Step 1: Go to the Attraction Entrance
Bring the entire group to the attraction entrance and speak with a Cast Member. They will assign the Rider Switch entitlement to the adult who will ride later along with the guests who are waiting.

Step 2: First Group Rides
The first group enters the queue and rides the attraction while the second group stays with the non-riding guest in a designated waiting area.

Step 3: Second Group Rides Without Waiting Again
Once the first group finishes the ride, they switch places with the waiting group. The second group can then board the attraction without waiting through the full queue again.
