A leisurely brunch at Palo. A favorite spa treatment. A private cabana for your island day. Some of the most sought-after Disney cruise experiences have limited availability, and Concierge guests receive an early opportunity to reserve them.
As a Disney concierge guest, you can request eligible dining reservations, Port Adventures, onboard activities, and other experiences ahead of the standard booking windows. That advantage applies even on your very first Disney cruise.
For families with a few must-do experiences in mind, this is a particularly appealing benefit. Reservations remain subject to availability, and experiences such as specialty dining, spa treatments, and cabanas carry additional charges.
2. A Welcome Worth Toasting
The special treatment continues at the terminal, with dedicated check-in and priority boarding. Once aboard, you’re invited to a welcome lunch reserved for Concierge guests—a lovely way to settle in and celebrate the vacation ahead.

The Concierge Lounge is a comfortable retreat reserved for guests sailing in Concierge accommodations. Inside, you’ll find inviting seating, complimentary refreshments, and members of the Concierge team ready to attend to your plans and requests.
Stop in for breakfast, gather for a snack between activities, or settle into a conversation over coffee. Having this exclusive space gives your family another place to spend time together beyond your stateroom.
The private Concierge sun deck adds an outdoor escape, too. Bring a book, find a comfortable seat, and leave a little room in the itinerary for doing absolutely nothing. That counts as a vacation activity in our book.
4. Complimentary Coffees, Cocktails, and Delicious Little Extras
Your morning latte and evening glass of wine are included when you enjoy the Concierge Lounge’s offerings. Specialty coffees and nonalcoholic refreshments accompany changing selections of breakfast bites, snacks, savory treats, and sweets throughout the day.
During designated evening service, guests ages 21 and older can also enjoy complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails. Stop in for a drink before dinner or linger over something sweet later in the evening.
