Frontierland is preparing to trade a little of its usual trail dust for small plates and fancy sips. This fall, a limited-time food-and-drink pop-up is coming to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom Park.

The longtime Frontierland spot, known for its Western hospitality and old-world glamour, will become a place to pause before heading back into the wilderness—or, more realistically, back toward the next Lightning Lane return time.

A Board Built for the Whole Posse

The early menu preview begins with a savory charcuterie board made for sharing. It comes topped with cured beef, “fancy bacon,” smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar and pickles. City folk, cowpokes and hungry park explorers can all find common ground over a well-stocked board.

More shareable small plates are expected to join the lineup, with Disney promising additional menu news soon.

Sweet Heat at the Saloon

For an all-ages refresher, the pop-up will serve a non-alcoholic lemonade with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim. It sounds sweet, tangy and just a touch mischievous—the beverage equivalent of Frontierland with a wink.

Pretty in Prickly Pear

Adults can also look for a vivid pink margarita mixed with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave. Its color may earn a photo before the first sip, but it is also positioned as a refreshing stop before continuing a Magic Kingdom adventure.

Thanksgiving Favorites Aren’t Leaving Town

Fans of The Diamond Horseshoe’s family-style Thanksgiving dinner need not sound the alarm: those familiar dishes will remain available next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.

Reservations Are Still Down the Trail

Disney will share more pop-up menu details and reservation information soon. Walk-ups will still be welcomed, giving spur-of-the-moment diners a chance to pull up a chair when the limited-time offering arrives this fall.
