• Arrive 15 minutes early and allow 60 to 90 minutes for your appointment
• Bring comb and/or brush and make sure the hair is clean and free of scalp infections
• Nails should be free of fingernail polish
• Guests must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older during the entire experience
• A credit card guarantee will be required for booking
• Reservations can be made 60 days in advance and are strongly recommended.
• Cancel 24 hours to avoid $10 per person penalty charge
