WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN. . . 

Ground Advantage and Priority Mail?
Ground Advantage is less expensive as these packages travel via trucks on the ground, while Priority Mail travels by Air. Ground Advantage is slower, but only by a few days for deliveries in the contiguous United States. Ground Advantage is up to 25 days slower for addresses in the non-contiguous United States.

 

Priority Mail and Priority Mail Cubic Rate?
Priority Mail & Priority Mail Cubic Rate are the same service. One is weight-based while the other is size-based. Your location, your guest's location, and the weight of the package will determine the cost. Choose whichever one is the least expensive.

 

Ground Advantage and Ground Advantage Cubic Rate?
Ground Advantage & Ground Advantage Cubic Rate are the same service. One is weight-based while the other is size-based. Your location, your guest's location, and the weight of the package will determine the cost. Choose whichever one is the least expensive.

 

Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express?
Priority Mail Express is two-day delivery. Select this service for last-minute guests.

REPLACING SHIPMENTS

Replacing Shipments Delivered via First-Class Mail (Stamp) (no tracking and no insurance)
Replacement shipments will be at the Agent's expense

Replacing Shipments Delivered via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (insured)
These shipments are eligible for replacement on Day 17 (per the US Postal Service). CIT will repackage and reship an identical package to your guest and will file an insurance claim for reimbursement. Expenses beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the Agent.
