I plan ahead of time with families that are on a budget. We make arrangements for payment plans. We work with what the budget is to make sure they can still get the magic of being on property and the theme parks. It can be from driving and taking snacks with them to have full days at the park but maybe staying off property on the last night, or booking a room only for the last night, to avoid another night of the dining plan while staying in the same room.
